Stew was one of my musical friends from that magical time of life that is high school. A generous spirit, he remains in my heart because he stuck himself there. We loved, and love you, Stew. tgb

As Rocco said, great memories of band at high school, both concert and pep. It was always good to meet up with you at the airshow in Michigan over the past few years. I'll miss you bud.

Memories of Stew are many. Played trombone in Concert band, Jazz band and Pep Band at Assumption High School. Driving home in the winter in his VW Beetle. No heater. Having to scrape the frost off the windshield...inside! Flying out to CFB Greenwood NS where I was stationed and driving back together to Windsor in 26 hours!! Getting lost in Montreal in the mean time. He loved to play guitar. He is the reason I have been a church music director for the past 38 years. Invited me to come to a choir practice at Most Precious Blood. He enjoyed playing music. Was a talented Audio and Lighting tech. Stew was always willing to help you out when you asked. I enjoyed his humour and laughter. He will be sorely missed. Wish I could have gotten you up for another flight my friend. Blue Skies Always Stewart! John Robinson

Seems. Like yesterday that Stewart was hanging with all the gang around the high school Traxx band. Sweet guy sincere and fun. Great smile and killer eyes. Have not seen him for many years but often in my thoughts. May he rest in peace. My sincere sympathies Michelle ivey (nee: Romain)

You were always my "twin brother from another mother" Such great memories of our days in band and cruising around Windsor in your beloved, bright orange 1963 Volkswagen Beetle. Rest in heavenly peace my brother.
