Obituary of Keith Robertson Macnab

Keith Robertson Macnab died peacefully on July 16, 2019. He was a cat rescue person who retired early as a result of medical complications. He shaped how people with disabilities are looked at as a school hall monitor and in other community activities. A strong supporter of Rotary, he was committed to and involved with The Rotary Club of Cottam. He introduced the Rotary Chili Cook Off at the Cottam Horse Show and Fall Festival. He loved volunteering at the Harrow Fair. Devoted to his faith, Keith was an elder at Knox Presbyterian Church, Leamington. He demonstrated his civic duties by running several times for provincial office and once for Kingsville council. Keith was an entrepreneur. He successfully started 2 businesses before moving into accommodations management as Property Manager, Administrator of Retirement Communities and Long Term Care Homes. He enjoyed travelling and did not let his disability stop him from exploring the world. Keith is survived by his wife Elizabeth, sister-in-law Ina, his adopted Mother Dorrine and adopted sister Brenda. A memorial service will be part of Knox Presbyterian (58 Erie St. South, Leamington) church services on Sunday, July 28, 2019 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. with lunch to follow. Interment of cremated remains on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at Victoria Lawn Cemetery (432 Queenston St., St. Catherines) at 2:00 p.m.
