Obituary of Tyler Wayne Knight

Tyler Knight a most loved Son of Sheila (Wood) and Terry Knight (Predeceased 2012), Soulmate of Laurie Bickford. Brother to Greg Knight (Michele) and Melissa Knight (Fred) and Father of Ashley Allison (Sheldon), Rachel Allison and Colton Allison (Kendra). Uncle to Melina Butters, Rebecca Knight and Travis Knight. As a cherished Cousin, Nephew and Friend, he will be missed by many especially his uncles Kevin and Tim Knight. On June 7th, 2019 Tyler was headed to Windsor on highway number 3. Unfortunately at 10:30 am the unthinkable happened. Tyler was involved in a major motorcycle accident. He was rushed to the hospital where he later passed as a result of his injuries. His skill by trade was a Millwright. In 2009 he was diagnosed with cancer and fought gallantly. Over the last few years, Tyler overcame and surpassed many challenges. And through it all, he would be the first one to lend a helping hand to others with a smile on his face. Tyler was a friend to all. He touched the lives of everyone he met without hesitation and expected nothing in return. Whether this may be through generosity, kind words, humour, the gift of his time or a shoulder to lean on. We believe that he didn't understand the magnitude of the impact he had on the people and the community around him. You could always find him in his garage tinkering away at different projects. From working on bikes to powder coating parts or even making a new one for people who may need them. We the family at this time would like to thank everyone for their love and support. Including but not limited to the people and professionals at the scene of the accident, as well as the staff, Chaplin and volunteers at the hospital that day. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to SIMPLE CHOICE CREMATION CENTRE (519-254-2585) and a celebration of his life will take place in the coming weeks.
