Obituary of John James "Jack" McNaughton

John James "Jack" McNaughton was born on February 22, 1931 passed away peacefully at home May 28, 2019 with his large, loving, family by his side. Predeceased by his wife, Jinny (2001). Father to Pat (Rainer) Kunau, Judy (2018) (James) Wilson, Janet (Bruce) McNaughton, Sharon (Mike) Murphy, Jackie (Pete) Fox, Diane (Gary) Elliott. Honorary father to Karen (Gary) Walsh. Bubba to 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Big brother to Geri Rusas. Best buddy to Jay Desmarais. Jack was a proud retired Captain in the Royal Canadian Air Force where he served as an air traffic controller. He was also a devoted retired teacher at St. Clair College. Cremation has taken place. Per his wishes there will be no funeral or memorial service. Instead, a Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday June 1, 2019 at 12:00 pm at the Legion on Lesperance Road, all are welcome. In lieu of flowers, donations to Habitat for Humanity or the Windsor Essex Humane Society are appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to SIMPLE CHOICE CREMATION CENTRE (519-254-2585).
