Obituary of Donald Nicholas Mitchell

Passed away peacefully at Huron Lodge Long Term Care on May 22, 2019 at the age of 71. Dear husband of Valeda Mitchell (nee Cantin). Loving father of Becky (Chris), late Jenny (1983), Nicky and Stephanie (Philip). Cherished Papa of Devan, Mitchell, Isaac, Elora, Kristin (Scott) and Mike (Jennelle). Don was the son of the late Emile and Norene Mitchell. Dear brother of Jim (late Elaine), Ronnie (Dee), late Robert (1997), late Sis (late Don), Barb, Sharron (Ken) and the late Shirley. Don will also be missed by several nieces and nephews. Don was retired after many years of service with SKD and Canada Post. In his retirement Don enjoyed Drag Racing. A special thank you to the care team with Huron Lodge Long Term Care as well as the in-home care with LHIN, your care and comfort is so appreciated. At Don’s request, cremation has taken place.
