Obituary of Gail Patricia Spice (nee Smith)

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Gail Patricia Spice on April 13, 2019 after a long and courageous battle with cancer at the age of 74. Loving wife of John Spice. She was predeceased by her parents Lorne and Dorothy Smith, also her brother Grant Smith and sister Lois Galbraith. Sadly missed by her children Tara, Steven and Darren, also her sister Marilyn and brother Randy. Survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. At Gail’s request there will be no service or visitation. A celebration of her life will be privately held by the immediate family at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to SIMPLE CHOICE CREMATION CENTRE (519-254-2585). Donations in memory of Gail may be made to Hospice of Windsor Essex or the HDGH – Dr. Y Emara Centre.
