Obituary of James Edmond Campeau

Passed away peacefully on March 19, 2019 with his family by his side. Reunited with his loving wife, Gayle, brother David, sister Debbie and parents Edmond and Pauline. Cherished father of Stacey (Jamie) and Amie (Kevin). Proud Papa to Hudson, Hayes and Hadley, who were the little loves of his life. Beloved brother of Don and Andrea (Phil) and uncle to Stephanie, Steven and Shelly. Jim will be missed dearly by his friends Sara, Jamie, Joan and countless others whose lives were touched by his humour, sarcasm, wit and charm. Jim was the current president of Venture Place Housing Co-op, was retired from Chrysler Canada and spent many hours volunteering for various organizations throughout his life. Many thanks to the nurses and doctors who cared for Jim during his time at WRH- Ouellette Campus. Our sincerest gratitude to Dr. Nhan for his care, compassion and the friendship he shared with Jim. Cremation has taken place and a private service was held for family. A celebration of Jim's life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to SIMPLE CHOICE CREMATION CENTRE (519-254-2585).
