Obituary of John Spence

John Spence was born on May 25, 1949 in Nelson, Lancs., England. He met Rene in 1979 and the were married in 1989. He passed away on January 23, 2019 at Windsor Regional Hospital - Met. Campus. John leaves behind his wife, Rene Spence, his step-daughter, Stephanie Johnson, three step-grandchildren, five great step-grandchildren and his sister-in-law Laureen Milburn. At John's request, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to SIMPLE CHOICE CREMATION CENTRE (519-254-2585).
