MOCARSKI, Roy March 21, 1955 - October 24, 2018 Roy is finally reunited with the love of his life Silvana Mocarski (nee DeCecco). Son of the late Margaret Mocarski. Special uncle of Danny (Erin) and Amy DeCecco. Beloved son-in-law of Maria DeCecco and brother-in-law of Vince, Dan and Arlene DeCecco. Cremation has taken place.
