Obituary of Carol Paquette

(Nee Drouillard) After a valiant struggle with cancer, at the age of 70, Carol passed away on September 9, 2018. She will be deeply missed and forever loved by Gary, her loving husband of 33 years, and by her daughters, Peggy Sue Findlay (Dave), Tracey Lynn, Colleen and Carrie as well as her 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Carol found comfort in knowing that she would be re-united with her late parents, Aurele and Jeannette Drouillard. Her big smile will always be missed by her siblings, Ray (Linda), Rick (Mary), Len (Keri), Joyce (Jim), Wally (Angie), Kathy, Laura (the late Jim-2018), Grace (Joe) and Monica (Dennis). Daughter-in-law of the late Joe and Victoria Chevalier and sister-in-law of Ralph and Antoinette Paquette, the late Edward and Pat Paquette, the late Barbara Benoit and the late Carol Jobin. She was an employee at Tecumseh Mall Zellers for 23 years. Carol loved playing cards and bingo, but her passion was simply spending time with her family. A heartfelt thank you to the staff and nurses at Paramed and HDGH – Palliative Care Unit for your sincere kindness and to the friends and many loving family who have been there to support her through every step. Cremation has been entrusted to SIMPLE CHOICE CREMATION CENTRE (519-254-2585). In her memory, donations to the HDGH – Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated by her family.
