Obituary of William Hamilton

Peacefully at home, surrounded by family on Friday, July 20, 2018 at the age of 85. Will be sorely missed by Margaret Hamilton, and daughters; Mari, Fiona (Roy) and Moira. Cherished Grandpa of Justin, Matthew, Marc, Savannah, Scarlett, Ethan and Liam. Amazing uncle of Jim, Maureen, the late Shona and Katie. Bill is survived by family in England and Scotland. "Charming Bill" will also be missed by his many friends he has made over the years in Canada and back home. Bill was a longtime employee of Champion Spark Plug and a member of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society and the Scottish Club of Windsor. A celebration of Bill's life will take place on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at the Scottish Club of Windsor, 1340 Tecumseh Rd. E. from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bill's honor to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Ronald McDonald House Windsor.
