Obituary of Lionel Jacques Rouillard

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Lionel with his family by his side on June 26th 2018 at Windsor Regional Hospital Ouellette Campus at 80 years of age. Loving husband of Shirley Rouillard, celebrating 59 years of marriage together. Beloved father of Michel, Carolle (Todd) Tubaro, Daniel (Christina), Paul (Bahar Moradi) Rouillard. Proud grandfather of Justin Tubaro, Heyley, Daniel Jr. Rouillard. Predeceased by sister Carmelle Levesque. He will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews. Lionel was known for his 28 years of dedicated service at Parks & Rec. City of Windsor. He was a Hockey Coach for many years. Lionel was the ultimate family man, he was generous & loyal and loved being around people. No matter what situation he was in, he was the laughter, the light which made you smile.
