Obituary of Gordon Earl Teskey

Passed away at Windsor Regional Hospital Ouellette Campus on Monday, December 4, 2017 at the age of 94. Beloved husband of Jo-Ann Ferguson. Father of Bill (Rita), Ron (Sharron), Glen (June), Janet Martin (Bob) and Darrell. Step-Father of Charlene (Carie). Gramps of 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren of 2 great great grandchildren. Brother of Don (Fern) and Roger (Bonnie). Predeceased by siblings; Walt (Isabelle), Violet Kobus (Vic), Maxine Minnis (Ted), Olive Gee (Edgar) and Mabel Johnson. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Gord will also be missed by his best friends Sam Irwin, Joe Rodrigues and his dog Sam. Gord was a truck driver for many years. He was also the former owner of Essex Engineering and Gord"s Diner in Essex for many years. At Gord"s request Cremation has taken place. A Memorial to celebrate Gord"s life will be held at the farm on his next birthday, June 2, 2018. Arrangements entrusted to SIMPLE CHOICE CREMATION CENTRE (519-254-2585).
