I worked with Alma for many years at Seagram's (Diageo). We had many conversations over the years about our children, union business of course and life in general. We had many laughs and good times at our parties as well. I met her recently while shopping and some things never change we talked about our (adult) children. I will miss her as I always trusted Alma with a confidence; that's rar

Much love to my cousins at this very hard tim I still can't believe she's gone--I'm sure you all feel the sam I'm just so very grateful for having returned "home" to Windsor and had the chance to connect with Alm I loved her frankness, her sharp wit, her dry sense of humour, her gentle calmness, much like my father's. She was so generous with her time at the Downtown Mission, where I got to visit her a couple of times...She helped me greatly with things for my place... I'll never forget the look on her face when I told her I had a gift for her, a silver cigarette case with a poem I wrote & my name engraved on it. She said "Oh you don't have to give me anything", and I told her to shut u LOL And I lived to tel ;) I could tell she was very touched by my giving her such a personal item of mine. It's a special moment I shall never forge Bless your soul, Alm You were so loved, and you will be so misse All my love to my lovely Pare cousins. You are in my thoughts.
