Obituary of Stephen A. Sennett

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Stephen A. Sennett, after a brave and courageous battle with cancer. Stephen is the dearest husband Susan, the loving father of Samantha Sennett, Catherine Knapp (Derek) and James Sennett (Jessica) and the cherished grandfather of Gemma, Benjamin, Jamie, Hadley and Emmitt. He is survived by his brother Michael (Sarah) and his nieces Louise and Vicki. Stephen and Susan are long time members of TSMHA. A private cremation has taken place. An open house will be held in Stephen"s honor on Wednesday December 7th, 2016 at 12221 St. Thomas Crescent, Tecumseh, from 11 am until 2 pm and from 4pm until 6 pm. In lieu of flowers, there is a go fund me page established for Stephen"s final journey home. He spent many hours at the seven-valley railway until immigrating to Canada. He missed the railway very much and for his 60th birthday he wanted to go back and spend a week at the railway with his friends. As a family, we were planning this and he was so much looking forward to it. We want to make those wishes come true and take his ashes to the railway and place them in the firebox of a steam engine.
