Obituary of Marilyn Karl Shepley

SHEPLEY, Marilyn Karl Passed away peacefully at Windsor Regional Hospital " Ouellette Campus on September 5, 2016 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Carl Berl (1959) and the late Lawerence Shepley (1995). Loving mother and best friend of Linda Moroun (John Vandennest) and Dan Shepley (Patti). Cherished grandmother of Jennifer (fianc"e Eric), Jessica and Joshua Shepley. Predeceased by her parents, Clarence and Irene Stoneburgh and her brother John Stoneburgh. Marilyn will be fondly remembered for her non-judgemental listening ear and her way to create much laughter. She enjoyed life to the fullest, living at her lake house in Colchester, watching the sunsets and spending time with her Colchester friends. She also loved the company of her two dogs; Beau and Gizzy. Marilyn will be missed but not forgotten. As per Marilyn"s wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service to celebrate Marilyn"s life will take place at St. Stephen"s Anglican Church, 5280 Howard Ave., Windsor, on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 12 noon. Memorial donations may be made in memory of Marilyn to the Windsor/Essex County Humane Society. Cremation arrangements entrusted to SIMPLE CHOICE CREMATION CENTRE (519-254-2585).
