I am so sad to hear of Uncle Lorne 's -- your dad's passing. I let family members know that I was able to contact. Mark and Lorne jr. and families have been through a lot these last few years. We all want you to know we are grieving with you. When we were all kids there were many great times the family had as we all congregated for our Holiday picnics at Point Pelee. We all had such a good time and fabulous memories to keep forever. Your mom joined our family and she was the sweetest woman with a forever smile. Their memory will be with all of us forever. An ancestry luncheon for the Durocher clan is being held thus Saturday @ the Riverside Sportsmen Club. I've met and will meet more relatives from the descendants of Antoine Durocher. I think one guy will be there that gave your dad a book on our ancestry. I would love to see it sometime as I have been doing some research. We have a cousin in Detroit that has been doing this work for 30+ years and has even done DNA. Your father is the last of this line but never to be forgotten.
