Obituary of Jack G. Moore

Moore, Jack June 19, 1960 " April 16, 2016 Jack passed away at his home in SOUTH surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Vicki for 30 years. Amazing father to John, Amanda and Michael. Dear son of the late Jack (2006) and Marie (1988). Brother to Frank (Michelle) and Greg (Corrie). Son-in-law of the late John (2014) and Doreen Wilkin. Brother-in-law to Julie (Glen) and Alison. Uncle to Kyle, Greg, Ashley, Matthew, Xander, Jessica, Abby, Shannon, Derek and Josh. Nephew of Dorothy. Jack is survived by many cousins as well as good friends. Jack was retired from the City of Windsor, where he worked as an Operations Supervisor. He was a passionate sports fan of the Detroit Lions, Detroit Tigers and the Toronto Maple Leafs but what Jack loved most of all was being with his family. A special thanks goes to nurses Rochelle and Melissa from Paramed, the staff at Windsor Regional Hospital " Ouellette and Met. Campuses and to the Hospice of Windsor-Essex County.
