Obituary of Linus Bachmeier

BACHMEIER, Linus Passed away peacefully at home in Leamington, surrounded by his loving family on December 14, 2015 at the age of 94. Beloved husband of Emily Bachmeier (nee Kessler) for 69 years. Loving father of late Dorothy, Joan Aitken (Brian), late Doreen, Robert (Judy), Alan (Corry), Mary, late Carol, Janice Lambier (Dave), Daniel, Linda Darel (Dave) and Michael (Erika). Caring Grandpa of 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Brother of Peter (June), Kon, Lawrence (Olga) and Clara Weinrauch (late George). Predeceased by siblings, Betty Silva, Mary Grube, Louis, Ben, Seb, Dolores Gisi, Victoria Robertson and Gloria Sprecher. Up until the last 3 months Linus was an avid active golfer and bowler. He will be missed by all. Following Linus" wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Linus" life will take place at a later date.
