Obituary of Carol Anne Fields

FIELDS, Carol Anne (nee Lee) Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on October 2, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 78. Beloved wife of Marcel Louis Fields. Predeceased by her parents James and Stella Lee and her in-laws Murthon and Margaret Fields and her beloved daughter Penny St. Louis (January 2015). Mother-in- law to Doug St. Louis. Dear stepmother to Melody Anne Madden, Mark Anthony Fields, Michelle Annette Fields, Malcolm Andrew Fields. Dearest Grandmother of Amanda Rylett, Amber Lesperance (Donald), Joel Carriere (Robin), Erinlee Madden (Sam), Brandi Shakespere (Michael), Brittany Curry (Michael) and Jayd Booth. Great- grandmother of 12. Dearest sister of Sharon Wood (1970), Kathleen Williamson (Barry), Linda Winnifred McKinnon (1971), James Edward Lee (Regina) and Stephen George Lee (Ann). Sister-in-law of Mary Margaret (Tom Bailey). Dearest and best friend of Carol and Al Spruit, and Cindy Racine. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Carol retired from Sears Canada after many years of dedicated service and was a former member of Fox Glen Golf Club. At Carol's request, there will be no visitation or memorial service, but a Memorial Party will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Dr. Y. Emara Centre for Healthy Aging and Mobility, Palliative Care Unit. Arrangements entrusted to SIMPLE CHOICE CREMATION CENTRE (519-254-2585).
