Nancy worked with me at the BC Ministry of Finance. I appreciated her work and the events that we shared. She did tell me that she previously lived/worked in Windsor but I was surprised to learn that she had moved back there. I do remember Nancy's obvious love and concern for her family. My sincere condolences ... I am sure she will be missed.
