Obituary of Mary Patricia Blais

BLAIS, Pat- September 30, 1947 - March 23, 2023 Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on March 23, 2023 at the age of 75. Reunited with her husband Don (1996). Loving mother of Linda Roy (Gilles) and Joe Blais. Treasured Grandma to Michel and Jojo. Predeceased by her father Bernard Collins, mother Neva (Deslippe, Collins) Kavanaugh. step-father Clarence Kavanaugh. Loving sister of the late Kay Tracey (the late Jerry), Jean Burr (Bill), the late Joan Malenfant (the late Vince), the late Jackie Valentino (the late Mike), Mary Shuttleworth (John), Bernard "Sonny" Collins (Brenda), and the late Margaret Pearce (Gary). Loving sister-in-law of the late Douglas Blais (the late Irene), the late Joan Neveu (the late Ralph), the late Verna Lavalee (the late Leo), the late Kenneth Blais (the late Joyce), the late Jackie, the late Will Lapine and Joyce Forest (Maurice). She will be greatly missed by Smokey the cat, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to Simple Choice (Dougall) 519-254-2585. Burial at Greenlawn Cemetery Friday, March 31 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Memorial will be held at Brews and Cues in Lasalle. Friday March 31, 2023 5:30 pm to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Erie Shores Hospice or to the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre.
