Dear Barbara, Carla and Lorne,
It was sad to hear that your mother died. She was a fine lady and I knew her for many years. During all those years she was a caring , hard working and honest person. All of us who worked with her loved her very much and had many good times with her both at work and at functions we attended together. I was always impressed by the way she stuck up for Finland sports. Susan and I have a daughter in Sweden (who she knew as a little girl) and that always made a bit of a rivalry.
She will be sadly missed I"m sure.
