Dearest Pat, Ian and Family,
So sorry to hear of Dave’s passing. It took me a few years of being his dentist to realize that in fact he did NOT hate me, as I originally suspected. He eventually grew to become one of my favorite patients. I will miss the way he used to say “Whatever you say kid. You are the boss.” And I will always remember him looking at his watch to make sure we did not make him wait a single minute past his appointment time. We will all miss his smile and sarcastic sense of humour. May God rest his soul and give you all strength during this difficult time.
In deepest sympathy,
Dr. Monique Siara & Staff

Dave and I worked together at Chrysler in Human Resources. He was well-respected for his knowledge and his ability to resolve problems. He was always helpful to me even when I sought his advice after he retired. Pam and I offer our sympathy to the family. Hopefully your grief is tempered in the knowledge Dave's was a life well-lived.

I got the pleasure of being one of Davids personal support workers for a short but meaningful time. David would always welcome me saying “hey kid” it put a smile on my face every single time. He was such a uplifting individual and I am very thankful for the conversations we had. I’m so glad I got the chance to have met him. My condolences to all of his family and friends.

Aunt Pat, cousins all important but too many to list, our condolences and we will miss Uncle David. Lots of good memories of Uncle David and Dad (fireworks rocket launch out the bedroom window), and Uncle David who properly laid down the rules for my first real job, the thrill of the Sunday test car for an hour, lots of good advice. Our condolences again, Stuart , Olivia, and Chloe.

So Sorry for your loss. I played baseball and volley with Dave, he was very competitive and skillful. He enjoyed our company and we enjoyed his, Dave told me that his baby toe was always bothering him and, that one day, he was going to get it removed. I just laughed, and told him that if he did get it removed--his days of playing "3-Little Piggies" would be over. I used to tease him about his " Little Piggy" when playing volleyball. Well to my surprise--Dave got it removed! Dave was very witty and, had a great sense of humor. We are sorry to see him gone. My sincere condolences to the Family. God Bless.

Dave wasn't too fond of me hanging out with Chris in my Leather jacket and long hair in our younger days. But once I got a haircut and got a real job we got along great. LOL Dave was old school all the way!
Cheers to the memories!
