Obituary of Marilyn Jean Beneteau

It is with great sadness we announce that Marilyn Beneteau passed away peacefully, with family by her side, on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at the age of 77. Beloved Wife of Lloyd for 56 years. Loving Mother of Steve (Katherine) and Keith (Joanne). Proud “Grandma” to Trevor (Anna), Ryan, Gabrielle, Devin, Blake, Corinne, and Kaitlyn. Dear great-grandmother to Jace. Sister to Dan (Diane), Peter (Linda), Helen and Cathy (Ian). Predeceased by her brothers Bob, Jack (Virginia) and David. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews and family friends. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Windsor Hospice for the compassionate care she and the family received. Per Marilyn’s wishes, cremation has already taken place. Arrangements entrusted to Simple Choice Cremation (Amherstburg) 519-254-2585. A Memorial mass will take place February 2, 2023 at St. Joseph’s Parish in River Canard. Visitation to start at 10am until Mass at 11am. Celebration of life to take place at River Canard K of C following the service.
