My dear Brian & family my deepest sympathy goes out to you all. It was such a shock to hear of Peggy passing so suddenly. I am so so happy that I was able to come over from the states to our friends, Reid & Don’s house to visit Peggy and Brian just two weeks before she passed away. That must have been a God sent.Peggy is one of my favorite childhood friends growing up. There were four of us that always hung around together Peggy, Reid, myself, Lyn and my twin, Lee. We had so much fun growing up such great memories we share. When I was 14 years old we moved to the suburbs of Detroit but we never lost contact with each other and visited often over the next 60 years with Peggy and Reid and their families. We would always reminisce and laugh about the good all days when we all lived on Glidden Avenue in Riverside. Peggy, was a very sweet, loving, happy, joyful, person to be around and how she loved her family. Peggy, I will truly miss you my dear sweet friend you will always be in my heart may you Rest In Peace in Gods loving arms.
I Love You ❤️

Peggy used to babysit my sister Linda and I. We always looked forward to it as she was lots of fun. Her mother Joyce and our mother Evelyn were best friends. We have some great memories of those years. Peggy will be missed.

Peggy was a childhood friend and a constant in my life for 70 years. Wonderful memories of our childhood. Went to dances at Riverside Arena where she met the love of her life Brian. I was her bridesmaid and she was my bridesmaid. When talking on the phone our conversation always included our children and grandchildren and how they were doing. To her children there was so much pride and love, that pride and love flowed over to your wonderful wives, and then there were the grandchildren how she loved you. Peggy you will remain in my heart until we meet again. Loving You Always Reid and family

Dear Brian and family,
My heart is with all of you at this time of sorrow and disbelief at the sudden loss of Peggy Ann.
We were so close as kids as we spent our summers in Riverside and Rexdale. We had so much fun and shared such great times together. Great memories of a much loved cousin. I will miss Peggy so much and love her, until we meet again. I'm always here if any of you need to talk. Love, Kathleen

My deepest sympathy to Brian and family, I enjoy the memory of going over for pasta the first time Peggy made my Mother’s recipe and fond memories when we were young. I’m going to miss the good times we had together.

I am so sorry for your loss of a wife, a mom, and a grandmother. Peggy came into my life when I was just a child. She was in a way like a mom to me too. I remember her from her first date with Brian because she had spent hours doing her hair and she looked stunning until Uncle Donny through her in the pool. From that point on it was game on between the two of them. Peggy's favorite pastime was watching the neighbors. She loved to know what was going on in the neighborhood. But I think what I remember most about Peggy is her incredible love for you guys. I could see it in her eyes every time she looked at all of you. That love will live on in all of you, so remember her love and keep it in your soul, and know that she will always be with you. Wishing you all peace and comfort in your time of deep sorrow.
Love (Aunt) Denise.

Peggy was the most wonderful friend, neightbour and a wonderful shoulder to cry on, give advise or just not say anything. My heart breaks -- but knows that heaven has yet another angel in heaven. Brian my love and tears go out to you she will truly be missed sending you all positive energy for healing and look forward to the celebration of life --- there will never be another person that I can have "pasta" wars with and practical jokes -- love you -- love you Peggy

Every moment I’ve spent with or around Peggy was one spent in awe of just how wonderful, kind and loving a person she was. She was the type of person who would welcome anyone with open arms and make you feel special. If you only had a moment with her you could tell she didn’t waste a second in showing her love and affection for her family and friends. I have no doubts that I will not be the only one to miss this very special person.
With love Jay and Inna
