I am honoured to have been Pam’s friend. She was my emotional compass and will continue to guide me from her place in forever.
I will miss everything about her and mostly , that wicked laugh. Oh, how Pam loved to laugh. The last day we were together Pam could not stop talking about her love for Frank, Tami and Jason. She was so proud of each of you. She could not speak enough of your unconditional love and support for her over the years. (This in the midst of bossing me around about details for her “ going away party” as we will be calling it). Yes, yes I took detailed notes! The last thing Pam did when I left that day was blow me a kiss. It is my most beautiful memory of Pam. It will remain on my cheek forever.
Rest easy my dear friend. I am sorry we didn’t get that veal. Jan and I will have it and toast you
I love you Pam,
Jennifer xo

I was blessed to meet Pam (and Frank) on a visit to Canada to exchange ideas about mental health services in Canada and the US. She was a wonderful host, enthusiastic about her work and obviously talented and dedicated. We came away friends. My husband and I have fund memories of that trip and the other (too few) times we saw each other. I’ll miss her Facebook posts of her wild adventures in Mexico. Jon and I will miss her.

Pam was a dynamic woman who had vision and compassion for the vulnerable in our community. I had the pleasure of working under her leadership at CMHA…..no other could match her ability to lead, her passion and respect for her staff and clients. Job well done Pam … now Rest In Peace and breathe in your just award in Heaven. Take special care of her God ….she took care of your most vulnerable children. Till we meet again, Colleen Campo

I was so fortunate to meet Pam through a really good friend. She welcomed me in her home for food, drinks, pool time, a place to crash if needed and she always would lend her ear and her shoulder if i needed to talk. I honestly felt like part of the family. Her laugh, I can hear it still to this day. Her smile could light up a room. I am so thankful for having the opportunity to have known her. Love every moment that I was able to share with you Mrs. Hines! ❤️
