Obituary of Terry Dame

Terry Dame July 8, 1946 - August 12, 2022 Passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side. Survived by devoted wife Shelah (nee McCaffrey), son Michael Dame and wife Christine Stockwell of Windsor, daughter Stephanie and Jason Christmas of Toronto and proud “Pa” to Stonewall and Marlah Dame. He will be missed by his extended family of siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends – especially Paul and Heather Brown of Windsor. He was a third degree lifetime member of the Fr. Paul J.F. Wattson Council 8919 Knights of Columbus. He served as Treasurer for a time and was a musician in the Knight’s Choir. He was employed by Hiram Walker for 33 years starting in the mailroom and working up to becoming Consultant of Technical Services - IT. He eventually moved on to teaching for 12 years at St Clair College as a faculty member of the Computer Systems Technology Networking Program. A special and heartfelt thank you to the nursing staff at Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare for compassionately caring for Terry and his family throughout their journey.
