Obituary of Ron Lindsay Brown

BROWN, Ron Lindsay February 22, 1943 - June 26, 2022 It's with heavy hearts the family of Ron Lindsay Brown announces his peaceful passing on June 26, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. Loving husband of 55 beautiful years to Sandra Brown. Beloved father to Darren (Lisa) and Dylan (Jeaneth). Cherished grandpa to Justin and Travis. Fondly remembered by his sister Carol Hitchcock Rice, and predeceased by his brother Jim Brown (Susan), and missed by numerous sisters-in-law and spouses. Ron will also be dearly missed by his extended family and friends. Ron began his career as a radio broadcaster at CKLW Radio. He then worked as a television reporter for CBC News before opening up his own financial planning firm, Money Concepts. In his retirement, Ron loved to sing, play piano, watch sports, travel, and cook. As per Ron's wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to SIMPLE CHOICE, 519-254-2585.
