Obituary of Linda Joanne Schiefer

SCHIEFER, Linda Joanne March 17, 1956 - June 18, 2022 Passed away peacefully at the age of 66. Beloved mother to Dillon Schiefer (Kayla Willis). Remembered by her brother Don Cobby (Jeanette). Predeceased by her parents Jim and Joyce Cobby. Lifelong friend to Cheryl Durocher. Linda will also be dearly missed by her extended family and friends. Linda was the President of the Belle Court Co-Op Association where she dedicated much of her life to painting, completing renovations, cleaning, gardening, and preparing for new tenants. Linda took great pride in tending to her gardens. Everything from cucumbers to peppers, to beautiful flower beds, Linda had the true gift of gardening. She found comfort in spending countless hours in her craft room meticulously painting and refinishing & restoring furniture. Linda never let anything go to waste. When she wasn't tending to others, you could be sure that she was catching up on the latest episodes of Coronation Street, Survivor, or the Amazing Race. Above all, Linda took the most pride in raising her son. Linda's kind and compassionate soul will be incredibly missed by her all who knew her and the community she cared so deeply for.
