Obituary of Rinaldo Fabbro

FABBRO, Rinaldo May 28, 1933 - June 12, 2022 Passed away peacefully on June 12, 2022 with his family by his side at 89 years of age. Born in Orcenico Superiore, Italy. Predeceased by his wife Giulia (2021). Loving father to Raymond (Kathy) and Julie (Dwight). Nonno to Nicholas Girard (as he often called him "my best friend"), the late Jillian Rene Girard, Leanna Fabbro and Christie Girard. Brother to the late Giuseppe & Meri Fabbro of Argentina, Giudita & the late Rino Fabris of Italy, the late Solidea & Rino Rumiel, Lino & Margie Fabbro, and Luigi & Italia Fabbro of Italy. Brother-in-law to Idelma and the late Libero Mentil of Italy. He will be missed dearly by many nieces, nephews, and his long time neighbours Mike and Bianca. Before coming to Canada, Aldo served in the Italian military as an Alpini. He was a member of the Fogolar Furlan for many years. He will be missed by many friends at the Caboto Club. Aldo will be forever remembered for his love of his family and his generous nature. A special thank you to the 8th floor staff at WRH Ouellette Campus for their care and compassion. As per his wishes, Aldo has been cremated and a private family service was held. Entombment to take place at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to SIMPLE CHOICE (Dougall), 519-254-2585.
