JACK, Judith Anne August 14, 1939 - May 9, 2022 Passed away with her daughter Mona by her side on May 9, 2022 in Windsor, Ontario. Wife of the late Jim Jack. Mother to Mona Galinski, Wendy Boreham, Frank Carter, and the late Rick Carter. Grandma to Jennifer Tunks (Jason), Amy Tunks, Trevor, John, Christopher, and Angel. Nana to Ayonnah and Issam. Step-mother to Pam, Cynthia, and Maureen (Emma, Christopher). Pet mommy to Molly. Judith will also be dearly missed by her extended family and friends. Judith was an avid lover of Betty Boop.
