Obituary of Cecilia Sara Davis

DAVIS, Cecilia Sara February 4, 1936 – February 16, 2022 With shattered hearts, we announce the passing of Cecilia at 86 years of age. She was born in Creignish, Cape Breton Nova Scotia and was the youngest child of John and Catherine MacIsaac. Cherished and loving wife of Allan Davis, with whom she shared 62 wonderful years of marriage. She was the sweetest mother of Donna, Blaine, and the late Leigh (2016). Beloved mother-in-law of Dan Morin. Adored grandma of Dylan Morin and Danielle Morin. Loving grandmother of Miranda and great grandmother to Jerzi, Nicholas, Caelyn, and Daltyn Malott. Cecilia was predeceased by her six sisters and 2 brothers and is survived by her brother-in-law Grant MacDonald and many nieces and nephews and family members. She was a sweetheart from Cape Breton Island and enjoyed many years of travel and fun with her husband and family. Cecilia was a faithful member of St. Michael’s Parish. We will forever miss her. We love you Mama. As per Cecilia’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to Simple Choice (Leamington) 519-254-2585.
