Obituary of John Harvie

HARVIE, John "Jack" November 14, 1950 - February 10, 2022 It is with saddened hearts we announce the passing of Jack on February 10, 2022, at the age of 71. Loving husband of Carol for 36 years. Beloved father of Johnny (Rachelle), Will (Laura), Patricia (James), Marion (Jason), and Chantal. Proud papa of Abby, Johnny, Charlie, Cody, Mila, Sofia, Heath, Jamie-Lynn, Justin, Wade, Alisha, April (Dustin), and Brooklyn, and great grandfather to his 7 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Anne, Brenda, Tina, Bill, Tom, and the late Mark (2012). He will be sincerely missed by his extended family members and friends. Jack was a talented mechanic and loved to ride his motorcycle. He often worked on cars in his free time and even raced at Checker Flag Raceway. He was always offering a helping hand to anyone who needed it, and his neighbours are forever grateful for that. We would like to extend a thank you to the staff at Erie Shores Hospice, and St. Elizabeth for the care and kindness to both Jack and his family. We would also like to thank all of our friends and neighbours; we are grateful for the kindness and generosity you've shown us through this difficult time.
