MANCHESTER, Charles "Charlie" Maxwell April 23, 1948 - February 3, 2022 It is with saddened hearts that the family of Charles Manchester announces his passing at the age of 73. Father to Karly Gilbert of Barrie, Ontario and Jenny Manchester of Kelowna, B.C. Forever remembered by his brother Ron Manchester (Jennifer Jewell) and predeceased by his brother Ken Manchester.
