I would like to extend by sincere condolences to you and your family on the loss of Cheryl. She was my lab sciences teacher at St. Clair (Vet Tech program 1989 to 1991). She was such a wonderful person and everyone loved her classes. She was a great teacher and easy to talk to. We all looked forward to her classes. I have recently given up Tech practice and work as a Parish Admin for an Anglican Church but her lessons have always stuck with me. You and yours are in my prayers.

To Cheryl's family. I was a Eugenie street neighbour growing up. It was an honour to have known Cheryl. One memory that still remains is, during a time at McGregor high school, as her dear Dad left earlier for work, they would drop her off before 8 at school, and I was privileged to have the opportunity to hitch a ride too. We'd get to school when it was still pretty quiet, and we'd have great study sessions and conversation. It was interesting but not at all surprising to read of her accomplishments. I am sorry to have not seen her much since those days. I extend my most heartfelt condolences to Mrs. Yako and Cheryl's family. Patricia (Ripley) Thornton.

Dear Auntie Mats, Blake, Hana and Lillian, We were so sorry to hear about Cheryl’s untimely death. As one of my older cousins, she was always held up as a role model — hard-working, smart, kind and persevering. She was truly worth emulating. We hope your memories of her will sustain you now in your time of grief. Sincerely, Louise and Paul Landry

It is with broken hearts that we offer our deepest sympathy to Cheryl's family. Cheryl was a remarkable person who touched many lives. We are better people for having known her. As our Lord Jesus Christ said, "There are many rooms in my Father's house". We can be sure that our "sister in Christ" has a place there. Cheryl will always hold a special place in my heart. I will think of her as the most kind , caring and loving person. She was always there to help during difficult times. She was giving of anything she had. If you needed it, or didn’t need it she was always there giving. Thoughtful, genuine and a selfless person. I will never forget what she did for me. May she fly high with the angels. She’s more than earned her wings. God Bless you Cheryl. You will always have a part of my heart. I’m grateful to have known the special person you are. Hugs thoughts and prayers to you Lillian, Hannah and all the family. ❤️❤️❤️
