Obituary of Ernest Edward Mailloux "Ernie"

MAILLOUX, Ernest Edward "Ernie" October 4, 1972 - November 17, 2021 It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Ernest "Ernie" Edward Mailloux on November 17, 2021, at 7:05pm. He Claymore Kicked Cancer's Ass until his body said that is enough. He fought right to the end and peacefully died with his loved ones by his side. Ernie met the love of his life on January 2, 2007, and married Tammy (nee Ganney) on 10-10-10. They had a rare and special love. Ernie was proud father of Kaleb Smith, Addison Mailloux, Aaron Smith and his little 'pnut' Najaie Mailloux. He is survived also by his mom Mary Beth Mailloux and the late Ernest Mailloux and leaves 4 older sisters Sandy Mailloux, Mary Lucier (Tim), Loree Mailloux (Dean), and Maureen Shelley (Ray). Special Uncle to Brian (Mary), Alicia (Chris), Jeff (Erika), Brooklyn (Aric), and Payton (Joe). Loving son-in-law to Beverly Ganney, and cherished son of Mary Beth and the late Ernest. He was a gentleman's gentleman but will be sincerely missed by the many friends he had. Ernie held a special place in Wendy and Scott Burke's hearts and forever will be known as "Ernalina". He also was loved by Tylia and Vincent Crook. Ernie was a lifelong Detroit Lion's fan, loved WWE and UFC the true definition of a family man. Mailloux and I would always tell each other every night that we were each other's best friend, that we were the love of each other's lives and we reminded each other that Love Never Dies; Fly high my sweet. We will see you again. As per Ernie's wishes, cremation has taken place. In kindness, donations may be made to Ernie's Go Fund Me for his children at: https://gofund.me/10358301 .
