Obituary of Joyce Marie Sorrell (nee Patrick)

SORRELL, Joyce Marie (nee Patrick) July 8, 1941 - November 1, 2021 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joyce Marie Sorrell (nee Patrick) at the age of 80 on November 1, 2021. Joyce was the daughter of the late Ursula Marie and the late William Edward Patrick. Beloved wife of 60 years to the late Ronald Sorrell Sr. (2021). Cherished mother to Susan Lynn Sorrell (Lloyd Breau), Ronald Charles Sorrell Jr. (Leanne Chiquin) and Bradley James Sorrell (Barbara Sorrell). Proud grandmother to Alicia Parent Sorrell, Connor Parent Sorrell, Sarah Sorrell, and Ethan Sorrell. Forever remembered by her friends Ross and Nancy Holden. Joyce will also be dearly missed by her extended family and friends. Joyce was a long-time employee of CIBC where she was a managerial secretary and teller. In her retirement, she was an avid traveler and enjoyed playing cards and bingo. The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the ICU nursing staff at Windsor Regional Hospital - Ouellette Campus for their kindness and compassion.
