Obituary of Denis Raymond Duchene

Duchene, Denis Raymond May 5, 1932 - October 25, 2021 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Denis. Devoted and beloved husband of Joanne (née Berthiaume) for nearly 62 years. Proud father to Patrick (Patti), Leonard (Lisa) and Michelle (Robert). Beloved Pepe to Zack (Kat), Emily (Alex), Cassidy, Alexander, Abigail, Braydan, Jenna (Marcus) and Ian (Erica). Denis is predeceased by his parents Leonard and Laudia (née Lauzon). He is predeceased by his brothers and one sister-in-law, and survived by two sisters-in-law. Father Gerry, Paul (Gabrielle), Leonard (Sharon) and Roger (Eileen). Denis was well-loved by his Berthiaume in-laws. They’ve shared many happy family times together, both at home and at Denis’ family cottage on Rideau Lake. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, October 30th at 1:00 p.m. at St. Simon & St. Jude Church, Belle River. As per Denis' wishes, cremation has taken place.
