Obituary of Paul Redman

REDMAN, Paul October 2, 1950 – October 18, 2021 It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Paul Michael Redman at the age of 71, in Chatham, Ontario. Paul leaves behind 3 children, Amy (Chris), Kelly (James), and Mark, as well as his brother Gary (Carole), and many nieces, nephews and friends. Paul is predeceased by his parents Neil and Marguerite, his sister Gayle and his daughter Stephanie. Following in his father’s footsteps, Paul proudly served his country, spending 24 years in the Canadian Military. This included postings in the Navy, international peace keeping operations, and finally completing his military service in the reserves. He enjoyed going for long drives to nowhere in particular, and had a soft spot for animals. A very large, heartfelt thank you to Paul’s good friends, Tracy and Kathy T., who looked out for him and always ensured that Paul was getting the support that he needed. “I carry your heart with me… I carry it in my heart.” E.E.
