Kay, and her dear mother Constance Pendlebury, came to live with our family after my mother died suddenly in 1945. Kay, had a remarkable gift for working with cash as a bank teller and with customers as a supermarket cashier. She was sweet and kind, loved anything purple, and Was a whiz with jigsaw puzzles. Fondly remembered by my husband, and brothers George, Boyne, and myself (Margaret).
