Linda hired me at SunLife when I was 23! Three decades later - we shared so many milestones! I was sad when Linda moved to Windsor but knew she found the love of her life! So we kept in touch and visited each other often. Will miss our girls road trip with Nancy and Debbie to visit Linda!! Linda was such a loyal friend and was always there for me!! She was my best friend and I will never forget her!!! I am going to miss her so much!

I met Linda in 1980 when I moved back to Montreal and we hit it off immediately, quickly becoming best buds and partners in various crimes! Loads of laughs and wonderful memories. I was so impressed with her when she quit corporate and set up her own business... She became an awesome entrepreneur sharing her love with animals. Rob, we are so sorry for your loss. She definitely left too soon. Linda, I miss you, I love you, and I know that we shall meet again. In the meantime, Linda, enjoy some peace and quiet.

My dearest Linda you will be greatly missed. I have such great memories of our time together. I will always remember your sense of humour and great laughter. I only wish we would have had more time. RIP my beautiful friend. Rob you were the love of Linda’s life as I know she yours. May you draw strength from all the good memories. Lots of love and hugs.

I am so very sorry to hear of Linda's passing. Linda and I were friends when we both worked at Sun Life in Toronto many years ago, but unfortunately we lost touch. I remember Linda as a fun loving happy young lady who loved animals. My sincere condolences to the Burfind and Lindsey families, and friends. May Linda rest in eternal peace.

OMG I was thinking of Linda when I heard Murdo passed and one of the pictures I tried to upload unsuccessfully for Murdo included Linda. I am in shock. Don and I would like to pass on our deepest condolences to the family. Linda was a lovely girl and I always enjoyed working with and socializing with her. ❤️

I met Linda in the mid 80's at Sun Life. We were both working in the underwriting department and although are careers went in different directions, a life long friendship was formed. Linda was the sweetest, kindest person I've ever known and her laughter was infectious! I have so many great memories of Linda, dancing at Maxwell's until the lights went out, patio lunches, Blue Rodeo and Keith Urban concerts and who could forget our infamous girls weekends in Winsor! You are gone far too soon and I will miss you dearly! My deepest condolences to Rob and your family. Love you always Haggy! Nancy Stevens, Whitby ON
