Obituary of Margaret Joyce Thomas

THOMAS, Margaret Joyce September 29, 1935 - September 1, 2021 On September 1, 2021 Joyce Thomas (nee Johnston), formerly of Leamington, passed away with her "fur baby" Maggie in her arms, just short of her 86th birthday. Amazing, loving, wife of William Thomas and fabulous, funny and cute Mom of Robin Thomas, Don and Marg Thomas, and Brad and Beth Cobby. Fun Grama to Charlie and Cathy Cocchetto, David Thomas, Michael Thomas, and Bri and Brandon Meyer, Reily and Zander Meyer. Joyce was a long time employee of Crown Life Insurance and VON. She loved and adored her family, her fur babies especially Maggie, and loved living on Point Pelee Drive for close to thirty-eight wonderful years. She loved the perch at Freddy's Restaurant more than anything else you could eat! Joyce will lovingly be remembered by all family and friends as always having a smile on her face when she greeted you. The family would like to thank Met Hospital, Season's Royal Oak Village La Salle and St. Elizabeth Heath Care and the PSW's who so professionally and lovingly cared for her for the last few years, especially Joshua, Faith, and Bindu.
