Kim, our deepest sympathy. Paul will always have a place in our hearts. Michelle, Anita, Mary Ellen and Elise, your brother was one of a kind. He was the best buddy. Paul was the funniest person I’ve ever met. His dry observations of life brought howls of laughter. Paul had an easy good humour. He was also the guy you’d call if you needed something. He always had the right tool in the shed. He always made time to help. Paul played centre ice with his band of brothers. He will be dearly missed. So many wonderful memories of Paul that we will always remember and never forget. Some of my best days were spent in his company. Michael and Catherine Moore

Dear Kim. Judy and I offer you our sincere condolences on the loss of your husband Paul. I have always considered Paul to be a friend first and business partner second. I the first time I met him was the day he started at Windsor Adjusting. I liked him immediately. He came across as confident, quiet and smart. All of which proved to be the case. It was evident that he was also loyal and committed to his career. I could not have asked for a better partner and he was supportive to me on more than one occasion such as when we decided to sell the business so I could retire. RIP Paul…and go fishing with St Peter I heard he was also a good fisher. Paul White

I think of Paul Proulx as my seventh brother. A man raised under a roof with five women in addition to having a loving grandmother and two dear Aunts who all took active and influential roles in guiding the all the Proulx children. He could not be anything but a kind man. He introduced me to my dearest friend , his sister Elise at the very young age of three. He clearly was the father figure in family raised to be responsible contributors in the running of their most loving home. It is with great sadness that I extend condolences to his wife Kim and my sister-friends-Anita,Michelle, Mary L, and my kindred spirit, Elise. Love, Judy Adam

Dear Paul, YOU were a great and dear Uncle to your nephews, Brandon, Blayne, and Jayce Sebastian. I can tell you that your nephew Brandon learned so much from you. Brandon always wanted to come and visit you and spend time in hopes he could once again go hiking and fishing with you as he did when he was younger. He loved the jokes you shared as you always made him laugh. The distance was just too far to commute, but really never a day went by that Brandon did not think of his loving Uncle Paul. Brandon always talks about his Uncle Paul and even to this day he talks of his memories with YOU. Today, he just said, "mom, Uncle Paul is gone now. I feel a great piece of my childhood is gone and I will never see or spend time with Uncle Paul again". Paul, know that you will be greatly missed. YOU are at PEACE now, NO more pain and suffering. It is time for God and all the angels above to take care of YOU. Be blessed. Julia

Cousin, friend, partner-in-crime. Growing up with Paul around the age of seven or eight we found out what soap taste like. We had many good times on fishing, hiking and canoeing trips. We travelled down the Missinaibi River from Peterbell to Mattice back in the early 80s. Below is a picture of Paul in downtown Oba and another of him at Split Rock Falls on the Missinaibi. Good times my friend!! You will be missed. P.S. The slingshots....has Meme Proulx slapped you upside the head yet??
