Helen you will be missed by all whos lives you touched. I moved to the neighbourhood about 7 years ago and from day one you welcomed my children and myself. My son refers to you as the cookie lady after you gave him cookies last Christmas. I will miss the early morning conversations and the "Good Morning neighbour" called from across the road. I have many memories of my aunt but always remember her making the best oatmeal for me and Bart. Also the love she gave even when we used her best sheets to make a parachute. Will definitely miss that smile and loving demeanour Tom Wynveen

Dear Cheryl, Sandy, Bart & family. Your mom and dad were the best neighbors. I have memories of many happy times and laughs they shared with my parents. Your mom entrusted me to look after the 3 of you when you first moved next door. She also helped me get my first cashier job at the old A & P store on Talbot Street. Your mom was so thoughtful and checked in on my mom after dad passed. She was a wonderful lady and will be missed. Please know you are in my thoughts during this sad and difficult time.
