I have known Cecil and his wife Ruth for a couple of years being his neighbor. Cecil has also been my sponsor when I graduated from Brentwood. We helped each other when I lost my mother and his wife. He was a good man. He will be missed and will always have a place in my heart. I'm sorry for your loss. My prayers go out to everybody in your family and always know that he is happy now being with Ruth again.
