Obituary of Connie Diane Ware

Connie Diane Ware nee Getty, Born September 14, 1954 and passed away at home on November 4, 2022 at the age of 68 years. Survived by her spouse Larry Bembridge and her children Michael Ware (Amanda Etue) and Stephanie Bain (Mark). Step- children Steven Bembridge, Bill Bembridge, Mary Ann Bembridge and Jeff Bembridge. Loving grandmother to Michael Ware- Lalonde, Rylie Humpage & Brennan Bain, step grandmother to Carter Etue. Survived by siblings, Randy Getty, Melvin Getty (Crystal), Terry Johnston (Robert) and sister in law Marie Getty. Loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by granddaughter Olivia Bain (2011), father Harold Getty (1996), mother Mildred Getty (2001) and brother Doug Getty (2022). Connie was a loving and supportive mother and grandmother, who never missed an opportunity to cheer on her kids at their sporting events. She was kind and giving to so many people, even taking them under her wing and some into her home over the years. She was active in the Lioness Club and was an avid member of Royal Canadian Legion BR 84. She served as an army cadet administration officer for a number of years. Connie always went to bat for the ones she loved and cared for. She was a long-time school bus driver for CA Bailey and an avid volunteer within her community. The family would like to thank Kingsville EMS and Kingsville OPP for their professional demeanor and compassionate behavior. Following Connie’s wishes, cremation has taken place with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date, arrangements entrusted to Simple Choice Cremation (Essex) 519-254-2585.
